Safe Home Care Agency LLC (SHCA) is a small family-owned home and community-based services which targets to help the loved ones who seeks care and love. Our business of operation begun in January of 2022. We strive to support our people within the community of Scranton and all around the state of Pennsylvania. What are our responsibilities?

We, SHCA, highly ensure to follow all state and medical laws and policies. We go in-depth verifying that the caretakes’ certifications are up-to-date, thorough criminal background checks, and child abuses clearances (if applicable) are conducted. We validated all our employees with TB screening who are office staffs and direct care workers with close consumer contact. We are also responsible for withholding important documentations such as Social Security, unemployment, work history and few other taxes to meet the standard of the state’s laws and regulations. Our agency priorities that the caretakers are following all the guidelines to ensure that the loved ones are guaranteed with the services the employees are performing. We have every right to see the results from the background checks to be able to hire you as the caretaker to your home and into a facility. We are accounted to directly in charge of decent amount of pay, wage and other services.
